Jay Neal is a multi-talented, producer, singer/songwriter, artist, and drummer from Washington, DC. Raised in church, music has always been a platform for Jay. Learning the complicated harmonies from the church his mom & brother attended helped Jay hone his musical ear for song arrangement, production, and his eventual ventures into the artistry.
